Welcome to the Gateway to Abilities Program!
Participants are encouraged to achieve economic self-sufficiency through a case management approach. SAILS staff will assess the consumer's overall needs and develop individual plans that mirror those needs.
The GAP Program is funded one hundred percent by the City of San Antonio/Department of Community Initiatives. Monthly financial assistance are available through a voucher, payments to vendors for the following.
